Where are you located?
Can I pick up my cake?
Absolutely! Your order will be securely packaged for transport and you will advised as to the best method for safe transport. Bliss and Blossom is not responsible for your order once it leaves the premises.
Due to the added importance of wedding cakes, they are delivery only.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes of course. Please include the address for delivery on your enquiry/order form and a quote will be provided.
Do you make fondant or novelty cakes?
No, I am a buttercream specialist.
Do you make cupcakes and custom cookies?
Yes, I sure do. Cupcakes are a minimum order of 6 and custom cookies are a minimum order of 12
How far in advance do I need to book?
If you have a certain date in mind for a celebration, get in touch as soon as you can as I get booked up quite quickly. Weddings are booked several months in advance and other celebration cakes are booked approximately 6 – 8 weeks before. Sometimes I can accommodate last minute cake requests so please reach out.
Do you make other sweet treats apart from celebration cakes?
I sure do. Cupcakes and vanilla bean cookies can be ordered at any time. For special occasions throughout the year I make treat boxes.
How do I book a cake?
Fill in the booking form with as many details as you can, including any photos for inspiration and themes. I will then send a quote. One you have accepted your quote and paid a deposit, your booking is secure.
I’m still waiting for a reply to my email…now what?
Please allow up to 7 days for a response as I’m usually in the kitchen creating something delicious. Always check your spam or junk folder too, as sometimes emails end up there.
